Can I purchase parts?
Yes, for Tubular Evaporators only, we sell parts individually, as well as complete units. The PTC Evaporators are only available as complete units.

Do you have stock in inventory?
We have inventory of most items and can ship within 24 hours. Special orders for cord lengths could require some lead time for your order.
Can you change out cord lengths?
Yes, we offer a variety of cord lengths in standard sizes for the Tubular Evaporators only. We can customize your unit, however costs and lead time will vary due to cord length. Please request a quote by email by clicking here or call us at 1-800-692-4733
The PTC Evaporators are offered with just three cord lengths of 3', 6', or 9'. For the 120V design the cords ship with a standard molded 3 prong plug. The 240V units ship with stripped leads.
What size pan do I need?
Your pan size should be based on the size of your unit and the amount of water you need to evaporate. When replacing an existing unit, it is best to select the same model for replacement or consult a professional service technician. If you have questions or concerns about the unit, please call the case maker as they will have requirements for their unit.
How can I figure out which watts/ volts are required?
Please review the manual of the case you are placing the Evapoway unit inside. Consulting an electrician will assist you in determining the amps that you can run for the case.
What are dissipation rates based on?
The rates were based on performance and verified by an outside consultant using a specially formulated algorithm.
Is there a min/ max purchase amount or quantity?
Based on your customer profile, we can assist you with your individual requirement or volumes based purchase or direct you to the appropriate resource.

Can you drop ship to my customer?
Yes, based on terms with your company and specific information we can accommodate your request.
What are payment terms?
As a new customer, we expect payment when ordering. However, we can set up terms with your company references and bank verification, or we also accept major credit cards.
We have daily scheduled pick up by UPS. We can use your account number, and drop ship to third party as needed. We can use your selected freight company including Federal Express. You may provide your account number for billing.
With proper care and maintenance of the Evapoway unit, we offer a warranty of one (1) year from installation. The warranty was included in your shipment, but you may download a copy for your records. Click here to download the Evapoway Warranty.
How do I clean the pan?
Our pans are made of stainless steel and respond well to cleaning with products made for stainless steel. Our warranty indicates you should check and clean the pan at least monthly and keep it free of dust and debris.
Are your products UL approved?
Yes, we are UL recognized and you will find our file details on www.ul.com and look up file SA4508.
